Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Refunds or returns at Jai Hind Sports Line will only be accepted if the customer receives a damaged product or a completely different item from what was ordered. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof of the issue. Products must remain unused and in their original packaging for any claim to be considered.
Non-Refundable Situations
We request customers to carefully review product details, sizes, and specifications before placing an order. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for issues such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or minor color variations caused by lighting and photography.
Shipping & Refund Processing
Once the order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, Jai Hind Sports Line will not be responsible for delays, damages during transit, lost packages, or delivery-related issues caused by third-party logistics providers. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
